The purpose of all presentations at North Star (conferences, firesides, and other events) are to further the mission of North Star, which is to be a faith-affirming resource for Latter-Day Saints addressing sexual orientation and gender identity while seeking to live in harmony with the teachings of Jesus Christ and the doctrine and values of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
