HOW TO HEAL USING THE TRAUMA MODEL

What is trauma? Have you experienced it? What do you need to heal?

Come as we discuss symptoms of trauma, how they manifest in daily life, and how you can heal using the trauma model. We will practice some

emotional grounding techniques to propel you on your healing path.

TERA BROWN

Tera is an Intuitive Life Coach and Speaker, specializing in healing work with women, couples, and families. She woke up from a lifelong pattern of avoiding, numbing, and denying her emotions when after 16 years of marriage her husband disclosed his same sex attraction, infidelity, and addiction. She began her personal journey of growth and recovery that very day. She specializes in helping people who have endured relational trauma create personal safety, emotional sobriety and peace. Tera has a thriving private coaching practice, teaches online group coaching classes, and leads a healing retreat. Tera has served on the board of directors for North Star and as the Chairman. She loves to spend time with her husband of 28 years and their four amazing children.

TAMARA LICHFIELD

Tamara has been married for nearly 20 years and is the mother of 3 children. Since 2019 Tamara has been a facilitator for the church’s Spouse and Family Support group for women experiencing betrayal trauma, which is part of the Addiction Recovery Program (ARP). She is also an APSATS trained Coach with Becoming Shatterproof LLC, a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, a Certified Trauma Support Specialist, and a Certified Resilience Professional. Tamara has been a featured guest on the APSATS Betrayal Recovery Radio Podcast with Dr. Jake Porter. She also was featured on the "Hey, Sister" podcast where she helped kick off their 2023 season. Look for her in an upcoming episode this summer on Drew Boa’s, “Husband Material” podcast.
